What does Fully Ups do?
Fully Ups is an IT and digital solutions company. We build websites, admin dashboards, mobile apps and custom software, and we provide property photography and videography, booking website setup, and online promotion for villas and hotels.

Do you work with clients outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. Fully Ups works with clients worldwide. Websites, dashboards, apps, software, booking setup and promotion are all delivered remotely, with communication by email, WhatsApp and video call. On-site photography and drone shoots depend on where your property is, so ask us about availability for your location.
Is Fully Ups only a web development company?
No. Development is one part of what we do. The same team also handles property photography and video, booking website setup, and promotion for villas and hotels, so a business can get its technology, its content and its marketing from one place.

How do I start a project with Fully Ups?
Send us your project details through the form on our contact page, or email, call or WhatsApp us. We read your message and reply, arrange a short call to understand the project properly, and then send you a proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. Every project is quoted individually once we understand what you need, and you receive a written proposal with the cost before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the work. A landing page takes far less time than a custom platform or a mobile app. Your proposal includes a timeline, so you know what to expect before you commit.
How do you keep clients informed during a project?
We work in clear stages: discover, plan, design, develop and launch. You see progress as it happens, you know what is being built and why, and you always know where the project stands.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. After launch we stay involved and keep improving the product as your business changes.
Can you improve a website or system we already have?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have and what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether it is better to improve it or to rebuild it.

Yes. Every website we build is responsive, with layouts designed for each screen size, from phones to wide desktop monitors.
What is an admin dashboard, and who needs one?
An admin dashboard is a private control panel for running a business: orders, customers, staff, stock, reports and analytics in one place. It suits any business that currently manages its operations across spreadsheets, chat threads and separate tools.
Can each member of staff have different access in a dashboard?
Yes. We build role-based access, so each person sees and changes only what their role allows.
Do you build mobile apps for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We build mobile applications for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, for customers or for your own team, with features such as secure login, notifications and connections to your website or other systems.
Can you build software designed specifically for my business?

Villas, hotels and property
What property photography and videography do you offer?
We shoot with camera and drone. That covers interior and exterior photography, aerial photos and video, property walkthrough videos and short videos for social media, with editing and retouching included. Files are delivered sized for your website, booking listings and social media.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. Aerial drone photography and video show the whole property, its grounds and its setting. Drone flights are planned around weather, light and local flying rules.
What does booking website setup include?
It includes a direct booking website where guests check availability and book with you, and listings on booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Agoda. We set up rooms and rates, availability calendars, online payments, listing content and booking confirmations.
Can you list my villa or hotel on Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes. We set up your property on booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Agoda, including descriptions, photos, amenities, room types, rates and policies, and we keep the details consistent across every listing.
How do you promote a villa or hotel online?
We combine social media marketing, paid advertising on Meta and Google, search engine optimization, booking platform listing optimization and Google Business Profile management, and we report on what is working.
Can you guarantee more bookings?
No honest company can guarantee bookings. What we do is put your property in front of more of the right travellers, make it easy for them to enquire and book, and show you the results so the plan can be adjusted.
